CA Residents

Under California Education Code (Section 94874 (f)), StackerU is limited to accepting under $2,500 in fees from California residents for any individual program pursuant to the exemption set forth in the statute.

To comply with the California licensure requirements, StackerU will limit paid access to prevent total program costs exceeding this limit. Due to agreements with third-parties, access to certain courses are limited to 90-120 days.  Each course page provides access to learning content for the duration outlined on the course page.  Hours per week varies by students, but students should plan to dedicate 5 hours a week to course work. All other policies on subscription access shall otherwise be available to California residents. Please note that this limitation is assessed on a program-by-program basis. This means that if you are subscribed to more than one course, service limitations will only apply based on the start date of each individual course program.
